Not all days are created equal.

Days, weeks, and sometimes months are spent preparing, organizing, discussing, and thinking about what decisions to make in meetings.
Much fewer days will be spent actually meeting the people you need to meet. Certain moments during these days – they can be as brief as a few seconds – are worth more than entire days of planning.

  • Eye contact
  • Direct responses to questions
  • Attentiveness
  • Body language
  • Thinking on the spot

During meetings, these things are extremely valuable.  Know when to push and when to fall back!
