In the food industry, we aren’t designing rockets, we are serving families and helping people find the foods they love everyday.
Improvements in technology are allowing food manufacturers to become more like one another. The brands that will separate themselves from the rest will be the ones that cater to their individual customers the best.
Metro New York is the most ethnically diverse market in the country and it is growing. Successful supermarkets change their Plan-O-Grams for the specific neighborhood they are in.
Food brands that release the “one size fits all” mentality and embrace this diversity will be the ones who ultimately win in the 1,000+ supermarkets throughout Metro NY…
There are no shortcuts, food companies must do the necessary homework to target the right customers…
