OMNI also suggests orders based on current inventories and upcoming features, setup POS material, and participate in ride-alongs with supervisors. Part of our standard support practices includes store calls, product blitzes, and keeping an open line of communication. Merchandisers survey the demographics of each zone they cover. This helps us to target certain areas for item launches.
